TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRADING.

    VAN DELIVERY SALES

Whilst we will do our utmost to keep to promised delivery times they are to be treated as estimates only. We cannot guarantee same day delivery on orders place after 9.30 am, however, we will still deliver on the same day on later orders where and when we can. The company accepts no responsibility for loss or damage resulting from delay in delivery of goods.

Every effort is made to supply parts correctly; it is the customer's responsibility to check that parts are correct prior to fitting or carrying out preparatory work to the parts. It is our policy to accept returned parts for credit or exchange, incorrectly supplied or otherwise, provided they are returned undamaged and in the case of body parts unpainted. And in the same condition as sold. They must be returned in their original packaging and fit for re-sale. If obtained on special order they may only be returned by prior agreement if accepted a handling charge of up to 50% may be levied.

We will replace or credit the purchaser with the value of any defective goods supplied by the Company. The Company will only do this if it is satisfied such defects arose solely through faulty material or workmanship in manufacture, and such goods are returned immediately upon discovery of the defect. We will normally not consider any claims made after 6 months from the date of supply. The Company will accept no liability for any consequential loss or damage.

We offer a free delivery service within 20 miles of our premises provided the order exceeds £75.00.

All goods must be paid for prior or on delivery. Goods will not be left unless arrangements have been made for payment.

If you wish to pay by business cheque with a value in excess of £100.00 please ask for a Business Cheque / Credit Account application form. A cheque can take up to 10 days to clear.

A charge of £6.00 will be levied each time a cheque is returned unpaid by the bank.

Personal cheques will only be accepted if you have a valid cheque guarantee card. Cheques will not be accepted if they exceed the limit on the card.
